Compensation & Work Schedule

Hourly Rate: £20.69 per hour for daytime shifts, with an additional £1 per hour enhancement for night duties

Your Role as a Registered Nurse at The Lodge
Your daily responsibilities will center around providing direct care and creating an environment where residents feel supported, safe and respected. Most of your working hours will be spent in one dedicated community within the facility, allowing you to build meaningful and consistent relationships with residents.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including general practitioners, nutritionists and other healthcare providers

Evaluating care plans and administering medications in accordance with best practices and compliance standards

Delivering tailored care that meets the individual physical and emotional needs of residents

Offering support to residents’ families to ensure holistic wellbeing

Navigating the complex care needs of dementia patients, including those displaying behavioural challenges
