Earn $465,000/YR As a Physician at UnityPoint Health – USA 2025
One of the most attractive aspects of this opportunity is the no primary OB call requirement due to UnityPoint’s integrated OB Hospitalist Program. This means that as a physician, you’ll have the unique advantage of focusing more on outpatient care and procedures without being burdened by frequent, unpredictable on-call shifts. This structural setup allows for more control over your time, reduced burnout and the ability to dedicate your energy to delivering consistent, high-quality care.
It’s ideal for providers who are passionate about women’s health but value a more balanced clinical lifestyle.
The role is housed within a nonprofit, physician-led healthcare organization committed to putting patients at the center of everything it does. UnityPoint Health is nationally recognized for its quality of care, dedication to community well-being and forward-thinking approach to health service delivery. The clinic is fully integrated with nearby hospitals using EPIC EMR, which streamlines communication and enhances patient outcomes.
With experienced staff, on-site labs, ultrasound support and a nearby hospital just steps away, the infrastructure is designed to make your daily clinical practice as smooth and efficient as possible.
Beyond the job itself, UnityPoint Health fosters a culture that deeply values diversity, equity and inclusion. The organization understands the importance of listening to its providers and encouraging their professional input. This isn’t a workplace where you’re just a cog in the machine – it’s a collaborative environment where your ideas are welcomed, your background is respected and your contributions are recognized.
Whether you’re a seasoned U.S.-based OB/GYN or a foreign-trained doctor hoping to bring your skills to a supportive American institution, UnityPoint has created a system where everyone can succeed, regardless of origin.
Finally, life outside of work in Moline and the broader Quad Cities area is just as appealing as the career itself. With a low cost of living, highly rated public schools, scenic riverfronts and a vibrant cultural scene, the community offers a warm, welcoming lifestyle that balances urban convenience with small-town charm. For physicians relocating with families or those who value nature, safety and recreation, Moline offers a true sense of home.
When combined with a career opportunity that’s both professionally rewarding and personally fulfilling, this position becomes more than just a job – it becomes a long-term life upgrade.
